The retain cutout from sheet as picture function enables to create a picture by means of graphic commands. It downloads the entered part from the graphic layer and returns it as a picture. Without the cutout data being entered, the whole sheet area is used. On crossing the sheet borders the picture size is reduced to the valid section. If an item is to be created instead of a picture, then the retain cutout from sheet as item function may be used for this purpose.
